MQP provides a variety of branding and headshot packages tailored for individuals and small businesses. Whether you need updated headshots or want to showcase your business in action, these sessions are designed to highlight your personality and the passion behind your work.
All sessions include a pre-session consultation, which can be conducted either in person or over the phone. During this consultation, we’ll discuss your goals, vision, and priorities to create a personalized plan that best represents you, your team, and your business.

During your consultation we can discuss the full timeline for your session. By adding additional team members ahead of time, you are not charged for any time overages during the session.

BOOKING & WELCOME GUIDE
After reviewing the proposal packet, you can move forward with booking. To secure your session, a signed contract and a 50% deposit are required. [Payment plans are available.]

CONSULTATION
Once you’ve had the opportunity to go through your welcome guide and complete the questionnaire, we’ll schedule your in-person consultation. This meeting can take place at a local coffee shop or even at your business, allowing us to discuss your vision and get a deeper understanding of your goals for the photography session.
During this meeting we will plan out your session, put together a shot list, timeline [if needed], determine any props, backdrops, or other items you may wish to include, and coordinate any other vendors that may be involved [such as hair & make up for headshots.]

PHOTOSHOOT
DAY
It’s photoshoot day! Depending on the location and setup needs for your session, I arrive approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour before the scheduled start time. During this time, I set up professional lighting equipment, backdrops, arrange props, and ensure everything is perfectly prepared before your session begins. By arriving early, I make sure that your valuable photoshoot time is fully dedicated to capturing your vision, with no delays or waiting on setup
During the session, we’ll work through the shot list we discussed during the consultation. I’m also happy to explore any ideas or inspirations you have during the shoot. My goal is to bring your vision to life, so feel free to share any last-minute ideas you’d like to incorporate.
I always build a buffer into my photoshoot schedule, so if you’re enjoying the process or want to capture additional photos, we can extend the session as needed to ensure you get exactly what you’re looking for. GALLERY DELIVERY
Within 24-48 hours of your session, you’ll receive a sneak peek gallery! This gallery typically includes 5-10+ images, depending on your session type or package.
Your final gallery will be delivered within 15 business days of your session date. It includes both full-size, high-resolution images ready for printing and social media-sized images optimized for websites and all social platforms. The gallery features an AI image sorting tool, making it easy to search for specific images, as well as an integrated store where you can order prints and more. You can also share your gallery with others as you wish.
With your final gallery, you’ll receive a formal print release and a commercial use release for your business, giving you full flexibility to use your photos as needed.
